* Planned, produced, and promoted "Rockin at the Docks" twice a

fireworks show. Event is recognized as the largest on-water event in
East Tennessee, and is still going strong in its 5th consecutive year.

* Planned and directed the 2003 New Year's Eve Concert. Booked and
sold all room packages, sold out all 378 rooms, secured sponsorships,
and generated $30,000 in revenue for the hotel.

* Marketed and sold all sponsorships generating $55,000 in revenues
for each event.


DICK BROADCASTING COMPANY, Knoxville, TN
2000 - 2003

General Manager.

Managed operations of The River (100.3 FM), including supervising
approximately 20 employees; overseeing all aspects of programming;
handling forecasting and budgeting functions; developing/implementing
sales and marketing strategies; and developing all promotions and
special events.

* Performed a comprehensive analysis to identify new format for
this low rated station and planned the strategic format conversion to
the Album Adult Alternative station.

* Tripled the station's market share with this new format and
increased advertising revenues from $1.2 million in 2001 to $1.7
million in 2002 and $2.1 million in 2003.

* Increased revenues and profits to levels that led to the station
being purchased by Citadel Broadcasting, one of the largest radio
communications companies in the U.S.

1990 - 2000

Managed all aspects of sales and supervised a staff of 11 sales reps
for five radio stations, including WIMZ, WNFZ, WJXB, WTXM, and 1240
