General Manager.
Managed operations of The River (100.3 FM), including supervising approximately 20 employees; overseeing all aspects of programming; handling forecasting and budgeting functions; developing/implementing sales and marketing strategies; and developing all promotions and special events.
* Performed a comprehensive analysis to identify new format for this low rated station and planned the strategic format conversion to the Album Adult Alternative station.
