QA COORDINATOR / VALIDATION TECHNICIAN
Investigate and trace all problems related to quality issues reported by manufacturing; propose corrective action. Analyze and summarize production usage and waste reports for reconciliation of OTC products. Perform bulk accountability and material label calculations. Summarize QC data sheets and finalize product releases to customer. Prepare job jacket run instructions per customer work order. Coordinate shipment of customer samples. Write validation protocols and reports. Assist in execution of validation trials and data collection. Coordinate validation efforts among departments.
