Efore PLC, 1997-2006 ($100 million global electronics manufacturer)
* President Efore (USA), Inc. 2000 – 2006 ($24 million subsidiary of Efore PLC)
* Executive Vice President, Efore PLC, 2000 – 2006 concurrent with above position
* Senior Vice President, Administration, Efore PLC, 1999 – 2000
* Chief Executive Officer, Muuntolaite OY, Finland, 1997 – 1999 ($9.6 million subsidiary of Efore PLC)

Turned around US corporation. Rebuilt sales network, hired VP of Sales and selected customer target company in Texas. Led team which captured up to $6 million annual agreements with three new accounts in the USA. Broadened customer base from telecom to new business areas to include elevators and power plants. Exceeded goals - company in positive position since June 2002.

Increased profits by reducing labor and material costs and saved $2 million in 1 year. Instrumental in negotiating lower vendor pricing and reducing cost of goods sold on average 10% down during year 2.

Increased cash flow by saving $800,000 (still ongoing) over a period of 12 months by spearheading vendor warehousing agreements and providing more favorable A/P terms in US.

Rationalized operation and integrated “sister” and parent company saving $200,000 by cutting costs for rents and workforce. Reengineered sister company's production plant, upgraded equipment, improved workflow and outsourced part of manufacturing. Saved company $500,000 annually.

Developed new strategy for new US company. Conducted market study and added first inverter product line and electronics manufacturing services (EMS) to the sales program. Decreased dependence on one main customer and telecom industry. Copied strategy in Europe and Asia during 2002.. Led to additional contracts and several RFQ’s in telecommunication and industrial automation in the US.

Paloheimo Group, 1994-1997 ($100 million manufacturer of wooden products)
* CEO, Lundia Oy, 1994-1997, Finland ($8 million consumer goods manufacturer and retailer)

Introduced new product line nationwide. Developed brand recognition and built a dealer net across the US market generating $200,000 in new sales in the first year and helped keep manufacturing plant running without stops and shut downs. Saved company additional $50,000 annually.

Planmeca Group, 1989-1994 ($450 million medical technology manufacturer)
* CEO, Czech-Plandent S.R.O., 1992 – 1994 (2 million startup subsidiary and joint-venture)
* Director of Operations East-Europe, Plandent Praha, 1992-1994 (distribution net)
* Sales Manager, North and East, Planmeca GmbH, Germany, 1989 – 1991 ($10 million distributor)

Developed and established new market channel in Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Rumania and Bulgaria for expensive investment goods to $1 million in sales in 12 months.

Secured profit and market share for startup company. Led startup international operation to $2 million in annual sales and $300,000 in annual profits in the second year of operation by developing a distribution joint-venture. Captured number 2 position in the market.

Opened new market for Planmeca dental equipments in East-Germany after the fall of GDR and the Berlin wall: Added $1.5 million new sales in 1 year in East-Germany including the largest single deal in the history of the corporation with sale of 100 dental units and patient chairs.
