Posses multiple computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Windows, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Access, and various financial and planning/scheduling applications. Office skills including but not limited to Office/Operations management, Personnel relations/management, phone skills, payroll, billing, typing, and filing. Practical experience with admissions, processing Dr's orders, patients welfare and benefits on a daily basis. I also have practical working knowledge of labor laws, FMLA rules, Medicare rules, and associated State and Federal regulations, including HIPPA compliance and applications in the work place. Current management skills include but not limited to hiring, terminations, scheduling, billing/payroll, and administration of workman's compensation, along with assorted insurance companies, new recruit training, and other employee relations duties. Self starter that is eager to learn and work with a team or individuals as needs arise. Customer service oriented for over 20 years.
