Responsible for the yearly business plan that includes budgeted revenues and expenses along with 5-10 years capital expenditure plan. Implemented an aggressive marketing and advertising plan by using cable TV, public radio, highway bill boards, road signage, airport collateral and direct mailing. Completed over $7 million in guestrooms, lobby area, meeting rooms, Technology and building renovations in addition to major mechanical equipments in the last 7 years.
