Objective:
To obtain a position as a Speech Language Pathologist using my knowledge and training to help others.
Experience:
I have worked as a Speech Therapy Assistant for 2 years. I will be completing my master's degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2006 (May). I have worked with both adult and pediatric populations. I have assessed and treated many different areas. I have worked with the following populations: dysarthria, aphasia, cerebral palsy, autism, hearing impaired, dysphagia, language disorders, articulation disorders. I have completed training in Sensorimotor Feeding Approaches. Along with my supervisor, I have created intervention plans. I have completed evaluation, progress, and discharge reports. I have observed E-Stim and plan on receiving certification upon completion of my second degree.
