reporting structure enabling consistently reliable, automated
analysis on monthly scorecard results; create database to analyze
metric scores and results to monitor performance distributions,
generate ad hoc reporting to analyze performance distributions
(evaluating impact of environmental changes and potential performance
issues), and monitor performance during integration.

21+ million credit cards; promoted to newly created department formed
to emboss and encode customer information for notable names including
Startbucks, Disney, and BP Oil.

Role included oversight of 25,000 plastics pulled daily in
preparation for embossing department, management/integrity/audit of
daily inventory, supervision of inventory receivables including
quality sampling process, and management of card and confidential
material process; simultaneously served as system administrator for
Artista plate image equipment.

* Spearheaded implementation of Artista equipment involving
placement of multi-program functions into daily process as well as
collaboration with vendors to launch and debug system; equipment
expected to significantly reduce costs associated with obsolete stock
as number of credit card types inventoried will reduce from more than
5,000 to just over 1,000.

* Improved department productivity tracking with implementation of
productivity database employed throughout entire site; improved
employee feedback with development of error tracking database for
Vault use.

* Reduced volume of incoming shipment errors to 0-1 from 10-15
after facilitating focus session aimed at bringing to light error
reduction initiatives; immediately implemented process improvements
resulting in consistently met objective of 0 balances.
