BAUMANN INC. 1992 to 2003 POSITION: NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
I was responsible for nationwide sales and marketing for a specialty lift truck manufacturer. National account/direct sales management, dealer development, and advertising strategy accounted for my major responsibilities. I also coordinated logistics and installations and supervised a staff of two employees.
During the course of my employment, sales revenue increased from 1.5 million to a level of over 6.2 million during a four-year time span. At the same time I also exceeded profit level goals by over 30%. I had successfully launched the introduction of a new model series, initiated a 401K program, and developed a corporate board meeting structure.

I was responsible for a ten state Midwest territory with this industrial shelving and store fixture manufacturer. My primary responsibilities were national account sales and dealer development. During the course of my employment, within my territory, sales revenue increased from 500,000 to 2.3 million.
