Direct Employers is a non-profit that programs and manages JobCentral.com, one of the largest online job boards. In addition, services are provided to allow college career centers and students to do online recruiting through each university’s web site. I was responsible for development of new material as well as maintaining and improving existing code for university career centers. Most recently, I programmed and deployed an email broadcasting system to allow the schools to communicate more effectively with large groups of students and employers as well as send out system email for notification of job agents. The email broadcasting tools provided a feature rich application to the clients with a combination of classic ASP, ASP.Net and vb.net.

Independent Contractor and Consultant - 9/2000 - Current
As a consultant I have worked primarily with non-profit organizations to develop websites and intranets of all sizes. Some of the projects include the following:
* Developing layout, graphics, and an extensive member's only area for several fraternities. These sites included converting large databases, creating a management system for employees.
* Developing a large site for the Wilds to replace their old site. The new site was designed to allow the staff to manage it without the need to know HTML and managed through a SQL Server backend. This also included online donations, and extensive content. Support provided also.
* I have also applied these same skills to smaller projects for non-profits like the Rhino Trust and several sport fencing organizations.
* Developed donation management intranet to interface to ticketing system for Indiana Repertory Theatre
* I have written technical manuals for software developed by Multiple Technologies.
* I perform leadership and training roles as a fencing coach.
