March 2004 – current - Trans dermal Production Supervisor Supervise and manage 32 employees in the Transdermal department. Consistently enforce company and departmental policies and procedures. Routinely monitor and update employee’s working hours and attendance. Occasionally complete quality investigation reports.
Conduct ongoing audits to ensure FDA regulated GMPs and safety compliance. 0 Accidents or injuries for the last production year. Developed and delivered employee training on production procedures, safety and compliance. Developed review package for employees to keep track of their yearly progress.
