Supervise and manage 32 employees in the Transdermal department. Consistently enforce company and departmental policies and procedures. Routinely monitor and update employee’s working hours and attendance. Occasionally complete quality investigation reports.

Conduct ongoing audits to ensure FDA regulated GMPs and safety compliance.
