Recruiting process included but was not limited to: the negotiation and implementation of Web-Site resume posting/searches, identifying suitable candidates and screening them via telephone and with the use of a skill matrix, gathering all pertinent information (resume, references, salary range, visa status, etc.) and submitting the candidate to the Account Manager for submittal to the client.
