Experience: Modern Technologies Corporation; Training Developer, 7/05 – 2/06 Designed and distributed learning course for Armor Captain Career Course (AC3) Reserve Component. Analyze government furnished information (GFI) for instructional development. Develop performance measures based on GFI. Research support content as needed. U.S. Army, Republic of Uzbekistan; Training Project Manager, 4/04 – 5/05 Designed and implemented a Leadership Development Training Program and an Instructor Training Course for the Uzbekistan Ministry of Defense. Supervised a Technical Assistance Field Team of 7 senior U.S. military instructors from the U.S. Army Security Assistance Training Management Organization who conducted training to 40 senior officials and 100 lower level managers at 4 different locations throughout the country. Managed a budget of $1 million dollars and accountable for over $30 million dollars in training equipment and inventory. Developed an automated training management tracking system for the Uzbekistan Ministry of Defense Training Division.
U.S. Army, Fort Knox, KY; Senior Trainer/Instructor, 4/01 – 4/04 Designed a personnel-training program that saved the organization over $25,000 annually; trained Department of Defense Senior Level Managers and Supervisors on varied topics. Managed and staffed a training facility of 7 trainers and equipment while overseeing the training management program for the Army Initial Entry Training Organizations at Fort Knox Kentucky.
