Objective:
i am seriously looking to move back into a more career orientated type field preferably in the office environment and am interested in anything having to do with commercial insurance ie., junior/assistan underwriting or rating positions or perhaps a position involving data input.

Handled major accounts which included Indian Field in Hardyston which consisted of a combination of condos, townhomes and single-family homes totalling over 400 units.
Also handled Mountain Creek in Vernon - a resort area in Vernon and Black Creek Sanctuary in Vernon which consisted of townhomes of more than 200 units.
Duties included overseeing the daily work activities of all employees and hands-on work consisting ofLawn Maintenance, Pruning, weed-spraying, fertilizing edging, mulching and debris removal,and all Fall leaves.
Additional duties included following up on customer complaints and requests and responding with appropriate solutions for both the customer and the company

Duties involved the following:
Overseeing the daily work activities performed by co-workers consisting of a crew that would vary at times from two - six additional workers.
Work performed would somewhat vary by time of season but would include Spring Cleanups-cleanup of all lawn areas from debris, sticks, leaves etc. Thatching all lawn areas, seeding, fertilizing edging and mulching of beds, pruning shrubs and trees.
Seasonal work duties included lawn cutting, trimming of lawn along borders of sidewalks, driveways and beds, weeding, weedspraying.
End of season/falltime duties would entail additionally cleanup of all leaves around properties, in beds and lawn areas
