At international level:
1) Participated in a two days Roundtable Conference on ‘International relations teaching in Universities in South Asia ‘held in New Delhi on 30th April-1st May 2001. The conference was organized by USEFI, The United States Educational Foundation in India. I represented Western India region, while other participants were from SAARC region representing universities in Pakistan Bangladesh, Nepal, and Srilanka etc.
2) Was awarded the most prestigious Fulbright Fellowship for the year 2002 by the Department of state, the United States of America to visit US for 6 weeks to study the foundations and the formulations of the US foreign policy .I was one among the 18 scholars selected all over the world and the only one from India for the said fellowship.
3) Selected as a participant in a United Nations sponsored study course on “Globalization, Anti-globalization, IGO and Civil Society Partnerships in a Multi ethnic World” held in Budapest, Hungary during 14th-25th July 2003.I was the only scholar selected from the South Asia for the study course.
4) Participated in an international seminar on “strengthening Democracy and Governance: Women and Political Power” organized by Salzburg Foundation at Salzburg, Austria from 26th April to 3rd May 2004.
5) Awarded Asian Political and International Studies Association, (APISA), Teaching and Research Fellowship for the year 2004 by School of History, Politics and Strategic Studies, University of Malaysia for participating in an International workshop to be held in Kuala Lumpur from 14-18 December 2004.
6) Participated in an International Seminar on “Restructuring of the United Nations”, organized by Centre for International Studies Mumbai on 6th & 7th May 2005.
