Experience: 18+ years with an international bathing fixtures manufacturer (Kohler Company, Brownwood, Texas). Moved from the position of clerk typist to Project Engineering Analyst. Had hands-on training in labor studies, process analysis, and lean manufacturing. Was provided the opportunity to develop a working knowledge of a well-known business enterprise system called SAP. During implementation, I acted as information expert for labor routings; facilitated fundamentals course and security access for local plant personnel; acted as trainer and continued as Data Lord and troubleshooter upon implementation completion.
Published division's operations manual used by management to monitor operation spending, production, personnel, and effectiveness.
Participated in numerous Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing events. Assisted in the calculation and tracking of the resulting savings for most projects.
Prior to the above manufacturing position, I worked as an Invoice Expeditor for a major oil and gas company (El Paso Products, Odessa, Texas). In this position, I facilitated the review, input, vouchering, signing and eventual mailing of incoming invoices.
Prior to this, I was a Food Stamp Caseworker for the State of Texas, in Odessa. In this position, I gathered data, interviewed clients, evaluated data and used guidelines to determine cleint's eligibility for benefits.
Education: 80+ college hours from Odessa Junior College and Howard Payne University. These hours encompass general studies, computer classes, art classes and a business internship.
