material handlers, and three shipping and receiving employees.

* Supervise the packaging/repacking area that receives imported
items in bulk quantities and repackages them into smaller quantities.

* Utilize SAP software to perform all aspects of department
operations, including payroll, ordering, billing, inventory, and
distribution.

* Manage a $3 million parts inventory, maintain adequate stock
levels while not exceeding inventory budget, and maintain an annual
shrink rate of 2.5%.

* Ensure compliance with capital and expense operating budgets.

* Work with industrial, packaging, and quality engineers to keep
operations on schedule and achieve packaging and repacking goals.

* Travel to meet and maintain relations with a broad range of
domestic and international automotive and heavy duty vehicle
suppliers and customers primarily in Brazil, Mexico, Germany, Canada,
