Siebel Certified Consultant
My responsibility in this role entails designing, developing, enhancing, debugging, and maintaining a Siebel Call Center Application. Siebel Tools, eMail Response, eScript, JavaScript, Web Services, Business Services, and Workflow are tools I use in order to achieve this. In addition to these tasks, I have the responsibility of communicating with various departments in order to gather and translate requirements into a system design that will be implemented. September 2005 – Present.

Siebel Certified Consultant
My responsibility in this role entails configuring and maintaining Siebel Field Service Applications. In order to achieve this I provide support in the areas of Siebel Tools Configuration, Workflow, EAI, and e-Script. In addition to these tasks, I also served as the Actuate Report team-lead. While in the positions I was responsible for three successful Siebel releases. These releases include an upgrade from Siebel 7.0.4 to Siebel 7.5.3 and a release based on the Siebel 7.7 environment. October 2003 – September 2005.

Configuration Management Lead
My responsibilities in this position included the creation of a .Net development environment and assisting in the development of a Share Point Portal Server service. The development environment that was created consisted of three servers, each utilizing the Windows 2003 Advanced Server Operating System. Microsoft SQL Server, Visual SourceSafe, and Biztalk were other applications that were successfully installed on these various servers. I was also successful in establishing network connectivity between the development team and the aforementioned development environment. July 2003 – October 2003.

Siebel Certified Consultant
My responsibilities in this role entailed configuring and deploying Siebel CRM Applications to federal government agencies nationwide. In this role, I was able to become familiar with such tools as Siebel Workflow Manager, Assignment Manager, Business Services, Siebel EAI, Siebel VB, and Siebel Anywhere. In addition to configuration, I was also responsible for the setup, maintenance, tuning, and operation of the Siebel database. I successfully completed two Siebel projects while in this role, utilizing both SQL Server and Oracle as underlying databases. March 2001 – October 2003.

Software Engineer
DALR$ 2000
The Debt and Loan Restructuring System (DALR$) is an accounting application written in Visual Basic and C++ for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). My role in this project was to remove all occurrences of DAO in the Visual Basic Application and replace them with their ADO counterparts. I was also responsible for testing the DALR$ application in a Windows XP environment in order to determine the overall effect this change had on the current system. October 2001 – December 2001.

Boss 2000
In this role I worked in the Program Management Office to develop a software application entitled Business Operations Support System (BOSS). BOSS is an in-house project management tool that allows program managers to track various statistics about their existing projects. BOSS relays information to its users through a Visual Basic interface and retains and manages that data in a SQL Server database. In order to produce a clear, concise, and accurate representation of the data, I also created reports using the Seagate’s Crystal Reporting tool. October 2000 – April 2001.

Student Technical Internship
My responsibility to this organization entailed creating web sites that allowed the Telecommunications group of Unisys to gather, manage, and view reports of pertinent data. HTML, ASP and SQL Server were tools that I used which assisted me in achieving this. JavaScript and VBScript were also incorporated into the projects in order to help manipulate and manage the data. Visual InterDev was used to aid in the back-end design of the sites, while MS Front Page was used to support the front-end design. June 2000 – October 2000.

My job entailed pursuing business contacts, developing databases, and assisting in web development.
