Inoveris is a leading US based supply chain company with 3 branches and 400 employees. Oversaw and managed all manufacturing and distribution of software products for major Canadian software publishers for the Mississauga facility.

After the bankruptcy of Saturn Solutions, planned and managed relocation to a more cost effective facility; with morale and performance at all time lows, re-built a high performance team of 25 and met or exceeded industry operational metrics (e.g.: increased inventory accuracy from 37% to 99.9% and shipped on time from 85% to 99% )
Successfully managed major Canadian software company's production launch of 1.5 million units produced in 8 weeks.
Profit and Loss responsibility included reducing key manufacturing metrics related to COGs.


Saturn Solutions Inc. Toronto, Ontario. October 1999 - March 2004
IT Manager
Saturn Solutions was a publicly traded company with revenues in excess of 70 million with a niche in Compact Disc (CD) manufacturing. With a team of 10 across two locations (Toronto and Salt Lake City, Utah), supported all internal technology operations for 250 employees. In addition, managed the development of custom software applications with key clients to ensure smooth order placement and product distribution systems.

Spearheaded local Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation by (i) directing the documentation of all critical IT and Operational processes, (ii) coordinating with head office and consultants on proposed solutions, and (iii) testing to ensure functional compliance.
Analyzed, reengineered and implemented new operational process flows for product launch of customer that represents over 40% of gross revenues .
Responsible for 2 branches portions of the IT budget ($250,000).
Designed the IT network infrastructure for company’s new location, and managed its implementation; prepared RFP's for all vendors invited, negotiated contracts and managed projects successfully so that deliverables were provided on time and within the $400,000 budget.
