An $11,000,000, full service, privately-owned, upscale golf facility
(in partnership with the City of Dublin). Accommodates 20 corporate
leagues with 400 league members and 22 corporate memberships. The
Golf Club of Dublin produces the second highest gross revenue by any
public facility in Ohio ($3 million) and is one of the top producers
in Corporate Golf Outings in Central Ohio.

HEAD GOLF PROFESSIONAL / ACTING DIRECTOR OF GOLF INSTRUCTION

Directed start-up operations, with complete responsibility of
operations planning, strategic business development, facility
planning & management and HR management (recruitment, training,
professional development and compensation planning). Supervised and
managed property as facility supervisor overseeing assistant
professionals, shop assistants, retail coordinator, cart attendants,
starters/rangers, bar tenders, servers, cooks, beverage cart staff,
housemen and food & beverage supervisors. Oversaw systems, cash
control, and inventories. Cultivate relations with clientele.

ASSISTANT GOLF PROFESSIONAL (1994 -1995)

Coordinated and managed sales, facilities planning, event planning,
general management, operations management, HR / employee management
as well as cart fleet maintenance, cleaning and organizing,
tournament planning and compensation & benefits. Planned employee
training, grew revenues from $695,000 to nearly $900,000 in 2001;
outing sales increased 20% from 4,000 annual rounds to nearly 5,000
rounds in 2001.
