Objective:
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to you in reference to the above position. My last job was with ADT Security (Australia) in the Regional Dispatch Centre (RDC). As an employee of ADT, I have demonstrated that I am a hard worker, competent, target driven and have an extensive knowledge of the service department and dispatch procedures.
I first started in commercial collections with ADT in August 2001. In 2002, I was made 2IC of the Commercial Collections department and held the position until I came to service in Jan 2004. I had 8 other people in my team that I looked after delegating work to, fielding any direct questions team members may have, holding meetings to inform staff on any changes and processes recruiting / hiring employees etc. I feel working in the RDC has now assisted in having the ability to deal with customers more effectively through having an understanding of more departments within the company.
I feel I have gained knowledge of the business and it’s customers & have acquired an understanding of products, customer service & different procedures within many departments.
Essentially I’m looking for either a 2IC position or Team Leader / Manager position.
