Finance Manager - West Region

Brought in to spearhead Finance & Business Administration directives
amidst reorganization bringing building automation, fire and security
businesses under corporate umbrella; with accountability for $550
million sales profit/loss performance, oversaw
production/performance/training of 7 district finance and business
administrators individually responsible Midwest, Heartland, Rocky
Mountain, Southwest, Southern California, Northern California and
Pacific Northwest districts. Position reported directly to West
Region Finance & Business Administration Director.

Directives included financial planning and analysis,
budgeting/forecasting (for all 7 districts), integration of 3
businesses (automation, fire and security), centralization of

recognition, compliance and contribution to transition from current
legacy system to SAP; served as liaison between field staff and
headquarters to address issues relative to capital, inventory,

commercial service provider of HVAC equipment and controls earns
revenues of $450 million through 75 operations in United States and
Canada. Division of Carrier Corporation/United Technologies
Corporation; annual revenues of approximating $10 billion via more
than 10 divisions operating worldwide.

Finance Manager - Central Zone * (1999 - 2005)

Promoted with responsibility for profit and loss performance,
receivables, inventory and fixed assets balance items of Central Zone
comprising central US down to Houston, Texas; progressively promoted
from Financial Analyst of Northeast Region to Finance Manager of
Central Zone. Reported directly to National CCS Finance Director with
