My responsibilities included the daily operations of a full size convenience store and deli with a monthly volume inside of $215,000 and gasoline gallons of 470,000. Duties included but were not limited to controlling inventory and cash, scheduling employees, merchandising, ordering, receiving merchandise, personnel hiring and training, fuel inventory control, and customer service. Other duties included multi-site management, opening new site, dealer take overs, divestitures and other items as directed by the market manager.

1994-1997 District Manager - Emro Marketing Company. Enon, Ohio

My position included but was not limited to supervising the daily
operations of nine full size convenience stores with monthly sales of approximately 2.25 million dollars. Direct control of personnel, inventory, maintenance, operational issues and customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities included investigations into any unexplained losses, conducting store audits, holding job orientation seminars, Techniques of alcohol management classes and job fairs for cashiers, Assistant managers and managers.

1991-1994 Manager - Mapco Petroleum. Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

I was responsible for the daily operations of a full size convenience store with a monthly volume of $80,000 in merchandise and $200,000 in fuel sales. Duties consisted of controlling inventory and cash, personnel scheduling, money handling, competitive price surveys, merchandising, marketing and overall performance of the site. This position continued until Emro Marketing purchased Mapco
Florida.

1986- 1991 Manager - Step Saver. Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
My position with Step Saver started with midnight shift cashier to assistant manager in Tequesta, Florida then to manager of a site in Mangonia Park, Florida. This position continued until Mapco Florida purchased Step Saver.
