Loan Officer/Team Lead (Customer Acquisition Group)

Orchestrate and implement sales of conforming/non-conforming
conventional mortgages to refinance and new purchase homeowner
market; scope of role includes client needs analysis and relationship
management and customized solutions provided for maximum financial
benefit. Spearhead loan sales development and solicitation, network
and establish referral source relationships with real estate brokers
and various external sources and develop and allocate direct
marketing material; create continuous loan volume pipeline to
facilitate mortgage sales activity.

Originate and accept applications, conduct preliminary underwriting
reviews, submit loan applications to processing and underwriting for
approval, follow-up to ensure documents required for processing,
underwriting, and closing secured in scheduled manner from
appropriate sources; address and resolve pre/post-close issues to
