Work Description : Responsible BaaN Key user. In charge of updating of warehouse related data on regular basis and key implementor of the ERP package and reporting to the Warehouse Head, finance department,MIS Department. Responsible for receiving messages through base radio from different departments for stock status /availability and Playing a crucial role in, coordinating informations from satellite warehouse and central warehouse for smooth flow of information and data collection. Key controller of all information both incoming and outgoing and updating it with concerned departments.Playing a key role in Co-Coordinating with Feed Mill,Processing department,Construction Directorate ,Hatchery department,Worshop directorate, R & D Department, Fisheries department, Operations department, Production department for the requirements on daily basis and ensuring the request is in line with the projection & co-ordinating with the support group material delivery team for material delivery and also interacting with the Satellite warehouses and the concerned departments for material delivery incoming on a day to day basis and preparing. Responsible for receipts and delivery of materials in concurence with the respective departments as per the projections and ensuring that the materials are available and deliverd on time. Key role on ensuring the materials are received after Material Inspection Report (MIR) is approved well accounted for and ensuring there is no Minimum level,Maximum level, & Danger level / shortages.Key role in ensuring that Stock Ledger, Bin Card are well accounted and documented .Ensuring also the required reports are generated to the concerned departments for review and analysis and also co-ordinate with the production department for the harvest projection on yearly basis and reviewing them with the marketing department for future orders and for finalizing marketing strategies and also for budget planning etc, for the production department and finance department .Playing also a key role in the start up and functioning of the Inhouse hyper department store for all materials required /receipts ,reorder processing, stock level maintenance . This also requires close co-ordination with the finance department for future projected orders and overseas orders.Key role in advocating and Implementation of ISO Preparedness and Certification and ensuring adherence of the systems and procedures as laid by the Protocol in close coordination with the QC Department.
