Software Project Engineer: Perform project management activities (developed project plans, activity schedules, cost schedules, project staff profiles, monitored and controlled project activities, and provided team leadership). Additionally, performed as the technical liaison between development engineers and the customer, developed formal training materials, and taught the training program to various customers on the High Frequency Communication Planning System (HF-CPS) software product.

Software Engineer: Analyzed and interpreted customer and internal requirements for Rockwell Collins HF Communications Systems. Developed the formal qualification test (FQT) plans, formal test procedures, formal training programs for the Rockwell Collins High Frequency Communication Systems, which included the HF-9000, HF-9500, CP-2024, RT-2200, 671Z, ARC-190, ARC-220, and ARC-230 family of Communication Systems, and the Mil-Std-1553B Multiplex Interface used by the Rockwell Collins High Frequency Communication Systems. Also demonstrated the Rockwell Collins High Frequency Communication Systems to external customers, which included Raytheon, Boeing, United States Army, United States Air Force, United States Navy, Lockheed Martin, Spanish Air Force, CASA, plus many more. Technical liaison between various customers and system integrators on multiple programs and aircraft (P-3, Apache, Chinook, plus more), which included Honeywell, Boeing, McDonald Douglas plus many more, for the High Frequency Automatic Link Establishment (Mil-Std-188-141 Notice 2) and Mil-Std-1553B Multiplex Interface programs.

ASQ Certified Software Quality Engineer: Developed the development process plans, implemented the development process per the process plan, and monitored software development process. Performed the program quality audits to ensure compliance with contract requirements, Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM), and International Standards Organization (ISO) 9000 requirements, and recommended corrective actions, and process improvements to reduce project risk on multiple Flight Management System (FMS); programs included the KC-10 upgrade, and more; the product family was the FMS-800.

Systems Test Technician: Performed all levels of production verification activities, on Ships Inertial Navigation System (SINS), Mini-SINS, Electro statically Suspended Gyro Navigation (ESGN), Peacekeeper Missile Electronic Computer Assembly (MECA), the Trident Submarines Missile Guidance Control Station (MGCS), Global Positioning Satellite (GPS), and various hybrid assemblies.
