May 1999 to September 2005 (Note: multiple job titles during my history with this employer, listed most recent first.) • 10/04 - 9/05 Manager, Technical Operations and Product Support / Platform Manager, multiple products -- promoted so as to help create and lead this group, the first of it's kind in the company's history. Direct contact with Enginerring dept.; handled all tracking and trending of all system and hardware failure reporting; supervised all customer contact for our highest end products; created highly advanced training materials from the above data and contacts so as to maximize profit and return on investment while minimizing loss, most notably but not limited to an 80%+ reduction of unnecessary hardware / equipment returns.
