HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER: 3/02-7/03
While reporting directly to the company President, managed and directed the company HR functions for 52 employees in three locations. Responsibilities included but were not limited to, staff recruitment & retention, safety & security, benefits & compensation, employee training & development, employee relations, staff performance evaluation and EEOC compliance.

Recruited, trained and supervised a 12-person administrative staff in the Bowling Green office. After four months, asked to assume responsibilities of newly created Human Resource Manager position.
