million supported by 65 employees plus sub-
contractors. Clients include Bob Evans, The
Ohio State University, Ohio Department of
Transportation, WBNS Television, Corna
Kokosing, MI Homes, Dominion Homes, Bob Webb
Builders, Centex Builders as well as about
125,000 homeowners.

Project Manager/Account Executive

Work in concert with clients in all phases of
project administration (including relationship
management) from inception to completion;
create contracts for client approval,
strategize project timelines and cost
structures, prepare detailed budgets, organize
project timeline/details with inside
coordinator oversee project progression to
ensure satisfaction of time and expenses, and
follow up on projects to ensure expected high
level of quality. Communicate with clients
throughout entire project lifecycle to address
concerns and resolve issues; make certain
client is comfortable with products/services

training of project managers.

limited to Wendy's, Worthington Industries,
Bank One, Battelle, Columbus Monthly, SBC and
United Commercial Travelers. Administered
profit/loss activity and accounting
directives; also collaborated with company CPA
on analysis of monthly profit/loss statements
provided to partners.

* Guided company growth from $0 to $3.5
million in sales ($40,000 per week within
11/2 years) supported by 26 employees;
increased average profit to 33%.

* Launched operations from 5-year business
strategy including venture capital funding
secured from 2 silent partners; located,
secured and increased office space with
warehouse, designed leasehold improvements,
sourced and procured $250,000 in equipment
and recruited/hired/trained staff of 8

* Improved employee pay and work incentives
via development of 401K plans and health
plans; negotiated both plans as most

digital printing presses bringing company
recognition as first in Ohio to provide
digital printing capabilities in small
quantities (thus eliminating large set up
costs).

* Successfully established program supplying
digital printing to Columbus Kinko's;
program included prints, post cards, bumper
stickers, sell sheets and business cards
(all in full color).

Contributed to launch of desk-top publishing
business, Lake Breeze Graphics, specializing in
production of newsletters, sell sheets, overall
marketing pieces and eventually full color
magazine detailing Buckeye Lake, Ohio region.
Played instrumental role in publishing of book
authored by Donna Braig and edited by Annette
Yaeger, called "My Buckeye Lake Story" (first
printing sold out on author signing day).

* Generated revenue source averaging $225,000
at 45% profit with development of process
enabling prints of images able to be
adhered to many products (t-shirts, mouse
pads, coffee cups, clocks); secured
contract with NHRA (National Hot Rod
Association) as well as with "Fun Ford
Weekends" shows, Pro Star Motorcycles,
Mustang Racers Association, National Muscle
Car Association and Buick Grand Nationals.
