I was responsible for on boarding new consumer and small business accounts utilizing state of the art profiling tools, servicing and deepening relationships of existing clients and providing excellent customer service throughout all customer interactions. I was the bank at work champion, bringing in new bank at work clients and attending on-sites to encourage employees to take advantage of this benefit. Through strong sales skills and superb customer service I was always within the top 5 bankers in the market, meeting and exceeding all goals. This position included selling of annuities, 529’s and brokerage account referrals. Strong selling, profiling, reporting, customer service, communication and cold calling skills were utilized daily in this position. Fill in for branch manager on all De-Novo calls in her absence, including reporting numbers, action plans, sales goals and forecasts and planning sessions to increase sales and improve market share.
