* Call on schools and businesses throughout the area to promote and
sell the company's printing and publishing services; secure new
accounts; and maintain existing accounts.

* Create and present customized proposals and presentations to key
decision makers to highlight the benefits of products and services.

* Follow-up regularly with accounts to ensure satisfaction, resolve
issues, and renew contracts.

* Plan one, two, and three-day customer training workshops for
groups of up to 400.

* Conduct on-site customer training in areas such as advertising,
journalism, layout design, theme development, trends, budgeting, and
project management.

* Serve as a Workshop Instructor at Middle Tennessee State
University, Auburn University, Austin Peay State University, East
Tennessee State University, and Murray State University.

* Serve as the Co-Workshop Director for Jostens Middle Tennessee
Journalism Workshop.

* Serve as a Sales Trainer at Jostens University and provide
training for new reps on topics including presentation and proposal
preparation; layout and design techniques; desktop publishing;
creating and retaining customer loyalty; and maximizing/achieving
growth in a high market share territory. Serve as an in-field sales
trainer for new sales reps.
