6 Month temporary data entry assignment which transformed into Desktop Support for an office of 5 employees. Data Entry duties included entering new staffing employee information and skill sets in coded form into new Windows NT 4.0 database, along with converting original AS/400 database. Desktop Support duties were to set up new user accounts on a 5 PC local intranet (Windows NT 4.0 Platform), train and assist users with the new OS and MS Office Suite and maintain 5 PC’s 3 Printers and 1 laser copier.
