Also troubleshooting and diagnosis of failed systems and components.

PC Housecall 1990 – 2004

Personally run business with 2 employees. Duties included break-fix on PC desktop / laptop systems. Network configuration of clients PC’s to Internet using Dial-up, DSL and Cable. Tutoring Office, MS-Word, Front Page and a wide range of other titles. Specialized in home networking and Internet sharing.

Southern New England Telephone 1998 – 1999

Processed customer inquiries ranging from residential phone numbers to business and government listings. Maintained a 13.0 – 14.0 second AWT (Average Work Time) resulting in a 1200 – 1500 call average daily.

Olsten Staffing 1998

6 Month temporary data entry assignment which transformed into Desktop Support for an office of 5 employees. Data Entry duties included entering new staffing employee information and skill sets in coded form into new Windows NT 4.0 database, along with converting original AS/400 database. Desktop Support duties were to set up new user accounts on a 5 PC local intranet (Windows NT 4.0 Platform), train and assist users with the new OS and MS Office Suite and maintain 5 PC’s 3 Printers and 1 laser copier.
