Additional Information:
Sometimes in life even though we have been taught wrong from right, something happens that we are no longer able to control. I was injured almost 17 years ago. This injury took quite a toll on my life, and my self-confidence. I became involved with a person, who was a wolf in sheep’s clothing. I suffered through 7 years of abuse, before another person opened my eyes and showed me my self worth.
During this relationship, I was forced to do many things; for which I feel I will suffer from for the rest of my life. I was force to commit at least 3 different crimes. I wish to be open and truthful about these crimes.. I was charged with writing bad checks; I paid the fines and the court cost for these. I was forced to commit shoplifting, to provide for my children and to save my life. Also, I was forced to commit forgery for this man. I received probation, paid fines and restitutions. Since this time I have relocated, divorced this man and returned to school, now a graduate who is looking for work. However, I feel that these crimes will always hinder me, yet I still strive to do better.
Over the last 10 years, I have not been in any trouble. I returned to school and applied myself to many new things. I am a quick learner and do my best at anything I attempt. Now I am attempting to restore my life and provide for my tow children, being a single mother is not an easy accomplishment , but we must strive to provide for them all the things they need in life.
If given the chance I will perform my duties assigned and work very hard to show I am no longer the person who committed these crimes. I ask only for the opportunity to prove myself,
