Manage a staff of up to 12 people, including scheduling, preparing annual reviews, and reviewing bi-weekly timesheets for accuracy. Preparation of required documents for all international outbound shipments, overseeing all shipments to Canadian division, checking all inbound shipments from overseas factories, and scheduling all LTL shipments as needed.
