To obtain a full time position in Customer Service.


Experience:
Donor Relations Assistant September-November 2004

Handle donations via phone or mail.
Write and edit letters to address specific donor requirements including personal thank you letters.
Assist with various duties related to donor relations/fundraising.
Provide administrative duties and special assignment.
Answer all incoming calls.
Research and respond effectively to donor concerns and information request either by phone or mail.
Maintain and update donor information in fundraising database.
Making thank you calls to new and old donors.
Create/send card for in honour and in memoriam donations.
Update or create new letters to address specific concern.
