Experience: Over 13 years experience working with a timeshare company from their initial start up in the industry to the completion of their final resort building in the Tahoe area which totaled $350 MM. Excellent interior product purchasing skills pertaining to budgeting, receiving items on time, dealing with numerous suppliers, ability to negotiate with products suppliers on a factory direct basis on all furnishings purchased. The Ridge Tahoe / Resorts West Executive Assistant to President and CFO September 2006 - December 2008
Responsible for assisting Group Sales on cold calling new clients from large companies to offer them group retreat packages. Completed forms for upcoming events at the resort which included where the event was to take place and the food and beverage for each event. Then coordinated with the Food and Beverage staff on a weekly basis to update them on all upcoming events. Update Group Production Analysis reports on a monthly basis in IQ Ware Software and Excel. Typing, answering phones, distributing incoming mail and filing for the President and CFO for the company.
Stiltz Tile Payroll and Accounts Payable October 2005 - September 2006 Completed all payroll duties - including inputting all time for each individual and job costing each hour worked. Responsible for entering all suppliers invoices and paying them in a timely manner. Placed tile orders for upcoming homes. Answered phones, typing and filing. Responsible for all the interiors in each new building - which included purchasing and coordinating the installation of all furnishings, soft goods, lighting, wallcovering and flooring. Coordinated with our Accounts Payable department for payments/deposits to the suppliers. Completed budgets for each building and stayed within those budgets. Completed the walkthrough and punch lists of each unit prior to any furnishing being installed. Coordinate with the contractor to complete all punch lists for the building. Follow up on all items outstanding in each unit Reinspected the unit to make sure all items have been completed to our satisfaction. Responsible for making travel arrangements which included; flight, car and hotel reservations. Also arranged meetings for executives both within company and outside of the company. Maintenance Secretary: Answered phones, typing, coordinated with engineering personnel and owners to make sure items in their units where repaired after they checked in.
