Grower - Daily maintenance (watering, fertilizing and pest management) of crops, as well as monitoring and affecting the progress of plant growth in an effort to meet sales deadlines. - Pre-forming weekly P.H and E.C tests on irrigation water to ensure Quality plant growth. - Weekly height measurements to keep track of plant growth and to facilitate decisions on nutritional and PGR application. - Application of fungicide, insecticide, miticide, and Plant Growth Regulators through drench, micro-drench, and spray means. - In charge of the 4 inch Poinsettia crop for the Christmas season
