Project Document and Data Management (PDDM) specialist

Duties included document and data registration and tracking, vendor data management, and liaison with suppliers in Russia, Europe and the USA within the framework of the TANECO project refinery and petrochemical complex project in Russia’s Tatarstan. Logged in and logged out some 5,000 engineering and vendor data documents.
Successfully coordinated document control procedures among Fluor’s Houston, Moscow and New Delhi offices, TANECO, and Russian design institutes.
Quality check of about 25,000 engineering documents for the TANECO project
Drafted senior-level Fluor correspondence with vendors and provide interpretation for Fluor teleconferences with the Client.
Translated technical documents (Russian-English and English-Russian) for the TANECO project.
