Additional Information: P & L responsibility for monthly budget as high as $850K for the total station operation. Oversee as many as 151 station employees supporting all aspects of station operations. Direct as many as eight operations managers involved in activities where output is measured daily. Interface with, customers and sales to determine growth potential, dispatch to help maximize productivity and improve service, vehicle maintenance to reduce cost, service technicians and operations managers to maximize station assets. Organize monthly meetings, provide station training, and ensure uniform application of corporate policy and procedures. Plan, organize, direct and control all operations within a service area to provide maximum service to customers while maintaining a cost effective station operation.
