Objective:

Experience:
After fifteen years, I have gained thorough understanding of every aspect of general accounting (5) years of Legal Assistant in Real Estate Law Firm, (3) years of Retail Sales, (7) years of Fiscal Management and/or (15) years of Government Accounting.

• Fifteen years experienced in Administrative, Accounting and Budgeting arena such as: payroll, accounting, fiscal and/or financial management function, Preparation of Contract budgets (knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations – FAR). Provided clerical, assistant, or technician level support from with Fiscal Services.

• Pioneered the accounting system and advanced knowledge of personal computers and software to perform non-routine functions such as troubleshooting, and the preparation of reports using database and spreadsheet software to produce a wide range of documents. Fully capable of administering financial planning and management responsibility in varying adjustments to accounts.

• Assisted faculty in the development of budget and budget justifications for pre- award and post awards grant applications/no cost extensions, subcontracts, budget reallocations and any other financial aspect of the project;
• Ensured that funding agencies and internal proposal forms, grant forms, transmittals, F&A waivers, etc.; are properly filled out before final submission to appropriate department or party;
• Collaborated closely with faculty, Research Administration, and Sponsored Programs officials to follow up on pending proposals, new awards, and budget revisions.
