Provide a professional level of customer service to the employees and clients of Banc of America Securities. Interacts directly with internal and external clients to meet and exceed their needs. Responsible for all technical work in the operation, repair and maintenance of audiovisual equipment Extron multi-interface, Clear One table microphones, Shure wireless devices, NEC, Sharp, Panasonic, Crestron, and AMX touch panels. Serve as the Global Liaison for all Bank of America sites .Provide hands on and remote support/troubleshooting of integrated video and audio conferencing equipment in conference room and mobile system environments.
