Objective:
I am an experienced preschool teacher's aide with 3 years of experience, seeking a full-time preschool teacher's aide position in a child care setting. Also, seeking full-time receptionist/clerical position(s). I am very interested in both the childcare and clerical positions, so both fields apply! I learn quickly, am reliable and I do not make excuses, I will work hard for you!

2006 – Present Our Shepherd Lutheran Child Care Center
· Title: teacher aide
· Responsibilities: supervising and guiding children from the ages of 1 year to 5 years of age in daily activities such as free play time, morning and afternoon snack, morning and afternoon crafts, lunch, nap, etc. I have prepared lesson plans for morning crafts and bulletin boards in various rooms as well.
2005 – 2006 Little Caesars
· Title: crew member
· Responsibilities: dressing pizzas, taking special orders, answering phones, cutting and boxing pizzas, running the cash register, interacting with customers, etc.

· Father Murray Nursing Home, October 2007. This experience was not a job, rather a week long "field experience" portion of the ARC Nurse Assistant Program. Tasks performed include: assisting residents in all areas of basic care, such as showering, bed pans, lifting out and into beds and wheelchairs, feeding, bed baths, walks and other leisurely activities, etc.

· Took Microsoft Office, keyboarding classes and a business and personal finance class in high school and still update my computer skills.
I work well with people of all ages and children. I am thorough, hard-working and reliable. I feel that organization and effective communication are key factors to having success in any field. I have such qualities and employers in the past have told me the same. I am very passionate about the welfare of others.
