Served as project leader for projects involving 1-3 other designers. Average cost reduction job was 40% less expensive to manufacture and paid back its cost of engineering in seven builds. Re-design of counter-ejector’s interrupter increased its life from six months to “four years and still running” while reducing cost 20% and simplifying the control system.
