Objective: We are a young married couple seeking a position of a chalet host couple to take care of guests in chalet. A position of a chalet host couple would afford us the chance to use and develop our job skills.
1) We have always enjoyed working together, and our combined experience affords us a wide range of skills, talents, and passions. We are highly organized, motivated, independent, resourceful, mobile and adaptable, as we are debt-free, university educated, and have no children. Both of us can drive and possess transportation, with valid driver’s licenses (clean driving licenses).
Experience: We have an outgoing, enthusiastic personality, love the snow and enjoy our work (completely focused on providing the very highest of standards to our guests). During our life in wedlock we discover for ourselves a lot of different positions. When we did our business in ecologically clean region we had some gests from the city (6-20 vacationists during one or more weeks). We have known that we are very dynamic and interesting people with a passion for customer service. We have interests in different arrears such as economy, saint, education, cookery, history of different nationalities. We enjoy organizing and large dinner parties. We have great experience of cooking as for traditional as for vegetarian meal. We have flexibility and an ability to adapt our dishes (cater for special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc.). Also we can advise and provide different diet for client’s health. We also enjoy careful relationship wit clients that always become our friends after spending time together. He has done maintenance, front desk, night auditor, and has previous professional catering experience in the hotel we were at. 3) We are ready that the work will involve all the daily aspects of running the chalet and we accept that our responsibilities will involves the following and much more: • Welcoming guests and settling them in, ensuring the well-being and comfort of guests at all times • Providing all meals to a high standard, 6 days per week. Meals to consist of breakfast, afternoon tea, children's high teas, when necessary and a 3-course dinner • Serving, clearing and washing up • Planning and Shopping for food • Ensuring that all budgets are adhered to and that all financial records are maintained • Ensuring that excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained in/around the chalet at all times • Helping to set up and close down the chalet at the start and end of the season • Acting as a ski host (i.e. no instruction simply social skiing) • Collecting guests lift passes and take guests to lessons on the first day and to the ski hire shop. • General duties pertaining to the domestic management of the chalet (food ordering, chalet accounts, laundry etc.). We agree to work specific, with early mornings and some late nights, with meals to prepare, toilets to clean, shopping and cooking, talking to guests and answering their questions with enthusiasm and in good mood. We are able to cook high quality meals to a large number of people in one go.
