Responsible for filing Sales and Use Taxes, Room
Taxes, Entertainment Taxes. Filing and maintaining
Business licenses for all outlets and departments.
Set up all Comp numbers for each hotel, casino
department and corporate, manage the bank
accounts, track leased outlets, problem solving, GL
balance sheets, balance Inter-companies. Manage
all Construction in Progress (CIP) from start to
finish. CER's CIP, FAS (fixed assets), create & enter
journal entries, create DMR. Closing of the month
end, quarter end and year end entries. Manage
account payable, accounts receivables, general
ledger clerk, staff accountant, and mail-runner. I
am a leader of 7 accounting Team Members. I have
an Open Door policy and I am always available to
help and support them all. Process credit
applications, 1099 at year end & unclaimed
property to send to the state of Nevada. Programs
used are Excel, Word, JD Edward, LMS, Infogenisis.

Responsibility for administration of daily operation
of Housing Authority & HUD Program encompassing
80 off-site Section-8 Single Family Homes and 12-
Story High-rise Facility with three 2-Bedroom, forty
four 1-Bedrooms and forty nine Studio Apartments,
exercise and game rooms for elderly, disabled and
low income residents. Working with Board of

lists; Issuing eviction notices and making court
appearances; Creating work orders and
coordinating facility maintenance and repairs;
Reviewing and authorizing cleaning supply, carpet,
plumbing parts, new appliance and other
purchases; Programs used Windows XP, Microsoft
Word, Excel, Quicken and Urlaub Accounting
Software. Payroll timecards for 7 employees,
process payroll taxes, accounts payable, accounts
receivable and bank reconciliations. Administrate
Elderly Friendship Meals and Government Surplus
Food Commodity Distribution Programs. Attending
Board of Directors Meetings to Ensuring strict
adherence to Code of Federal Regulations and
Housing Authority’s Policies and Procedures.

with HUD Guidelines, computerize Housing
Authority Office and restructure failing Section-8
Program to ensure adherence to Budget
