Responsible for the entire production output of the plant.
Directly managed all departmental production supervisors and also included Receiving, Shipping, Purchasing, Maintenance and Engineering.
Developed and implemented spreadsheets to evaluate departmental employee output, efficiencies, and defect rates.
Prepared the departmental labor and expense budgets.
Designed and generated the AutoCad drawings for the complete layout of a new 80,000 SF manufacturing plant. One year later designed the layout for an 18,000 SF warehouse addition.
Overseen all sub-contractors to ensure they were compliant in satisfying the required scope of work for the new facility.
Overseen the complete plant relocation to the new facility, which was accomplished in 1 week.
