Objective:
I am seeking a career opportunity in human resources, organizational development or related field.


Experience:
I have strong credentials in human resources, organizational development, and related areas. I am a solid “people person” who also excels at devising, operating and improving systems, programs, policies and procedures. I have a deep knowledge of how individuals, teams and organizations work, learn and improve.

I have directed the Massachusetts Bay OD Learning Group and a have expert knowledge of management best practices, as well as a large network of experts in all management subjects. As Director of Human Resources, I have demonstrated experience in labor relations, personnel selection, affirmative action, management training and coaching, and payrolls, as well as organizational development. I have established and supervised programs for job seekers, mentoring, dialogic communication, and marketing consulting services.

I have superior skills in all forms of communication – interpersonal, oral, written, presentation, web and virtual. I can provide numerous references as to how I exemplify leadership, teamwork and motivation. I am well versed in application software and Internet use.

I have served as manager, coach, consultant, mentor, tutor, and teacher, not to mention janitor, office worker, fiscal officer, store clerk, security guard, etc. In this varied career history I have always surpassed expectations, going beyond the job description to do what needed to be done and to improve organizational effectiveness. As a former supervisor said of me, “Give him a job and a deadline and he will get it done.”
