Objective: Installing and configuration Oracle Databases, Documentum, Annodocs, Oracle Clinical, Verity, Captaris, Righfax, Topcall, ISI Software and administration of the client installs, Windows Technical support, Net Ware Administration (server and client), Microsoft Office 4.3 install, OS/MVS JCL Utilities (IEBGENER and SYNCSORT), JES2 Command, AS/400 Control Language (CL) programming and Database Management, REXX, VSAM, and JCL Cataloged Procedures, Set up Tech Support Computers and Laptops for Network, DNS, IPS, Gateway, Submask, Windows 2K Workstation, Windows 2K Server, Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 2008, Vista Installs and Configure for Network.
Experience: • Build, implement, organize, track and maintain all internal test and development systems for ISI Product Development and QA teams.EX: Documentum, Oracel , Citrix • Track and assist in the resolution of all escalated product issues which require a higher level of technical or system analysis. Communication with clients is also a part of this responsibility. • Visit client sites to assist with technical issues concerning ISI products and their systems. • Identify and document new and existing product implementation, support and maintenance techniques through interaction with Software Development engineers and Product Managers. • Implement ISI products and systems at client sites, while following required procedures and tracking the phased completion of each ISI Software Implementation project. • Product support associated research and testing for all ISI products and related items. • Technical related documentation • When necessary, identify, track and log all information of client “bug” (Bug Reports) issues or other technical issues in the Technical Support Logs.
