 Led client health plan team with the project management, planning and design of an on-line credentialing application that enabled providers to submit applications electronically via a provider portal.
 Re-designed an existing on-line enrollment functionality to be used by members and benefit administrators. Project deliverables included requirements specifications, use case documentation and system test execution/planning.
