As an independent contractor working for Aviant Group, I have worked as a Project Manager on 3 specific engagements with Pharmaceutical Companies consisting of Baxter, Hospira and Fenwal.
Project Manager - Baxter: ISOTrain Implementation Assessment • Assessed 38 disparate Global IT training management approaches in order to provide recommendations for training standards and detailed deployment plans. Project Manager - Fenwal: SAP Implementation Testing and Go Live Activities • Served as Testing Integration lead and managed the execution of 200+ test cases and 30 functional team testers for 3 sequential releases and subsequently managed the Go Live Planning and execution. Developed, updated and presented daily test execution results to project team and senior management. Collected and facilitated resolution of development configuration and business process testing issues to ensure the completion of failed/stopped tests. Organized cutover planning activities and execution to include preparation and management of the cutover plans, scheduling and resource allocation activities. Also responsible for the creation and execution of key documents/processes such as cutover playbook and issue resolution management.
Project Manager - Hospira: SAP Data Conversion/Migration • Provided Data Conversion Project Management support for the Mayne Pharmaceutical legacy system conversion to SAP. Oversaw the data conversion for the Europe and APAC go-lives to include 6 releases and 25+ countries. Coordinated data conversion requirements with functional and deployment teams in order to identify and track data conversion requirements and files Communicated data conversion issues/risks to SD, FI-CO, SCM functional team leads Provided weekly data conversion scorecard reporting to program director and project team Developed and coordinated the data conversion documentation requirements in conjunction with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with FDA regulations

During my 7 years at Accenture I was promoted twice from analyst to consultant and consultant to Manager. I had the opportunity to work with most of the leading Health Insurance Organizations to include 4 Local Blues Plans, United Healthcare, Aetna Healthcare and Walgreens. My breadth of experiences spans across multiple facets of managed care operations and information technology to include Data Warehousing/Informatics, Claims Payment Accuracy, Strategic Planning, and Systems Design for Key Healthcare Processes targeted for members, providers and employers. Most client interaction was at the Director/VP Levels.

Delivered design prototypes and functional requirements • Worked with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan on various projects over a 3 year period: Led 5 different medical cost improvement opportunities totaling $2.5M over a 6 month engagement with a sub team of 2 client personnel per initiative. Led client health plan team with the project management, planning and design of an on-line credentialing application that enabled providers to submit applications electronically via a provider portal. Re-designed an existing on-line enrollment functionality to be used by members and benefit administrators. Project deliverables included requirements specifications, use case documentation and system test execution/planning.
Siemens, Malvern, PA 04/98-08/00 Consultant for the Strategic Services Group (SSG) • Implemented SMS Contract Management Software at 4 client hospitals. Performed initial set-up and coding, reimbursement modeling, client training, testing and the development of reporting tools. • Developed and delivered work plans for each client to improve payment discrepancy analysis and recovery to optimize return on investment. • Developed expertise in the SMS suite of Hospital Software Products and hospital operations. Coordinated data collection, analyzed business issues and compiled various recommendations for consulting engagements. Conducted client meetings to assess processes, staffing and automation issues.
UtiliMED, Inc. -Northbrook, IL 05/95-01/98 Business Design Analyst • Internally served as liaison to business and IT for both software requirements and business needs. Externally worked with 10 client health plans to define processes and specifications for required data files. Provider Services Representative • Serviced a capitated diagnostic imaging network covering 300,000 lives for CIGNA Healthcare of New York/New Jersey. This involved identifying and resolving operational issues between internal departments, health plan administrators and the provider community.
