• Provided Sr. level health and safety assistance to Jr. level staff and project management teams across North America.
• Develop all levels of management by mentoring, training, and coaching on related safety topics.
• Cultivate and guide business group leadership by designing and delivering all HS&E training for staff located throughout North America.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings to review and clarify contractual expectations as they relate to site/state health and safety requirements.
