2007-2009 PBK Architects Educational Architecture Responsibilities include production of construction documents for new schools and renovations and additions of existing schools. Production of design alternates for School Board Review. Coordination with Owner and Contractor in facilitating Construction Administration. Field review and documentation of existing school facilities. General project management of (1) new school and (3) existing schools which received additions and renovations. Programs used AutoCAD 2006, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
2007 EDI Architecture Senior Designer Responsibilities include production of construction documents which included unit design, problem solving, detailing, and unit tabulation. Review of unit plans to insure compliance with ADA, TAS and Fair Housing guidelines. Review of construction documents for owner review, permit issue, construction issue. Consultant coordination and code review. Programs used AutoCAD 2006 Autodesk, Microsoft Excel and Photoshop and various printing software.
