WORK HISTORY

2007-2009 PBK Architects Educational Architecture
Responsibilities include production of construction documents for new schools and renovations and additions of existing schools. Production of design alternates for School Board Review. Coordination with Owner and Contractor in facilitating Construction Administration. Field review and documentation of existing school facilities. General project management of (1) new school and (3) existing schools which received additions and renovations. Programs used AutoCAD 2006, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

2007 EDI Architecture Senior Designer
Responsibilities include production of construction documents which included unit design, problem solving, detailing, and unit tabulation. Review of unit plans to insure compliance with ADA, TAS and Fair Housing guidelines. Review of construction documents for owner review, permit issue, construction issue. Consultant coordination and code review. Programs used AutoCAD 2006 Autodesk, Microsoft Excel and Photoshop and various printing software.


2004-2007 Steinberg Design Collaborative Group Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities include supervision of production staff; project scheduling; consultant coordination, complete drawings for owner review, permit drawings construction documents coordination of drawings with print house and review of all drawings before being delivered. use Microsoft Excel, and Outlook;

Production of construction documents for retail stores such as Cold Stone Creamery, Snip-its Hair cuts for kids and Timber Oaks shopping center. Design of custom, homes, and additions for many home owners.





2003-2004 3D/International Intern Architect

Responsibilities included production of construction documents, solving design details and construction administration on IAH renovation. Worked on DoD Dormitory projects and AETC Air force Architectural Compatibility Guide. These projects involved frequent travel, field data gathering, review of documents and meetings with high command Air force officers.

Responsibilities included Design document and review of millwork drawings for various high-end retail projects. Design document and review of storefront drawings for various high-end retail projects.
